What Is Self-promotion?

Sage Advice is a place where people converse with people with similar interests to help them grow. They're not interested in being bombarded with self-promotion. So when you have to be promotional, try to keep it to the barest of minimums.

The difference between being an influencer and an advisor is advisors create an environment where people can personally grow through their knowledge, brand, products, and services. Try not to sell your product directly but rather educate and inspire others.
