How do I request a donation refund?

Donation Refund Policy

Donation refunds are at the discretion of the Advisor. Please remember that you are shown a preview of the content and/or a description that should allow you to decide whether to donate or not for the content.  If a mistake was made or a refund is needed, we encourage you to reach out to the Advisor directly via the contact button on their profile email icon. It is at the sole discretion of the Advisor if they make an acceptance. If issues are not resolved between you and the Advisor, you can contact us via support. Please know while it is discouraged, it is not a violation of our terms if an advisor doesn't deliver the expected benefits. 

If you believe that your donation was misused or that the Advisor has committed fraud, please contact us through the support chat window or help@sageadvice.app.
We will conduct an investigation and, at our discretion, issue mass refunds for affected users.
Issued refunds can take up to 7 - 14 days. 
Live Lesson Refund Policy

Please keep in mind that you are shown a preview of the live lesson and/or a description that should allow you to decide whether to donate or not for live lessons. Refunds are only possible if the Advisor did not start or show the live lesson and did not reschedule.  Please contact the Advisor directly via the contact button on their profile email icon. If you believe that your donation was misused or that the Advisor has committed fraud, please contact us through the support chat window or  help@sageadvice.app.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Submitting excessive refund requests or attempting to abuse our refund processes is against Sage Advice's policies and could result in limited access to products or services and/or suspension or termination of your account.
