Logging In
I Am Having Trouble Logging In
If you are having trouble logging in, please ensure a couple of things:
- You are using the correct email address associated with your account when you first signed up for Sage Advice. This may be different than your usual email address in the case you signed up via Google or other means.
- Running the latest version of the App.
You can also always reset your password or send it yourself by clicking reset password.
If your account has been disabled, there are a couple of scenarios that may have happened.
- Your account has been banned.
- Your account was flagged for violations that go against the community guidelines.
