Sage Advice Policy - Advisors
As a Sage Advice Advisor, you do not represent the Company as you are exclusively an independent contractor and are not employed or agents. Consequently, Sage Advice is not responsible for the services, actions, discussions, or exchange of information, data, or files between Users and Advisors, including the accuracy of information provided or anything stated and agreed upon with the Advisors.
+You agree to show up on time and the scheduled session date. If you do not turn up for your online session (within 10 minutes after the start) will result in a full refund to the user.
+As a courtesy, you should cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours before starting. Failure to do so can result in low ratings and loss of followers.
Full refunds are only possible if you, the advisor, did not attend an appointment and did not reach out to you to reschedule.
If a refund is requested outside of our policy, the user and advisor will communicate and agree on all refunds. The advisor makes the final decision based on the evidence presented by the user. Refunds and partial refunds will only be made back to the original PayPal, or Card account used to book and pay for the session. Issued refunds can take up to 7 - 14 days. If issues are not resolved between you and the advisor, you can reach out to us through support on our website or in the app and help@sageadvice.app for us to investigate the issue. Sage Advice won't refund users on an Advisor's behalf. However, exceptional circumstances may warrant a Sage Advice initiated refund. This includes the rare occasion of a refund for fraud or billing system errors.
