Advisor Star Rating

Your overall rating comes from your last 100 ratings from users that have completed appointments. They can rate you 1 to 5 stars. The star rating is related to your "Scheduled Advice" feature. If you have it activated and you are conducting 1:1 or group appointments this is where you will receive stars from your users. After a user completes an appointment they are asked to rate it. The app adds the ratings you get into an average displayed on your profile. This will help others select advisors and enable users to place their experience. In addition, your rating can help you understand what your customers think of you.
