Advisor - Cancel or reschedule appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with a user please do the following.

1. go to your profile and click

2. go to Appointments

3. Next you will see a page to cancel, reschedule, edit, activate, or deactivate certain appointments, and activate/deactivate your Request Advice on your profile.  You can also see your history of appointments. 

4. click the appropriate action to either cancel or reschedule.  Please keep in mind our policy You agree to show up on time and the scheduled session date. If you do not turn up for your online session (within 10 minutes after the start) will result in a full refund to the user.

+As a courtesy, you should cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours before starting. Failure to do so can result in low ratings and loss of followers.

Full refunds are only possible if you, the advisor, did not attend an appointment and did not reach out to you to reschedule.
